CrossFit Kids classes will run in two 5 week blocks through the Summer!
The kids will meet 10 times total this block. You can sign up for both Wednesdays and Friday or only Wednesday or only Friday! The dates are as follows:
Wednesdays: June 12th, 19th, 26th, and July 10th and 17th
Fridays: June 14th, 21st, 28th, and July 12th and 19th
We will continue to work on the foundations of good movement, build strength and endurance, improve coordination and balance, and challenge them to push themselves to build confidence and self esteem. And have fun!
This is the signup page for Fridays and the price for the 5 sessions is $100. Please register below to save your kids spot.
