CrossFit Kids classes will run in two 5 week blocks through the end of the school year!
The kids will meet 9 times total (4 Monday's and 5 Wednesdays) this block. You can sign up for both Mondays and Wednesdays or Mondays only or Wednesdays only! The dates are as follows:
Mondays: April 29th, May 6th, 13th, and 20th
Wednesdays: May 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th
We will continue to work on the foundations of good movement, build strength and endurance, improve coordination and balance, and challenge them to push themselves to build confidence and self esteem. And have fun!
This is the signup page for Mondays and the price for the 4 sessions is $80. Please register below to save your kids spot.
